Central Alberta Coverage

From Red Deer and Lacombe to the lake communities at Sylvan, Gull, and Buffalo Lake

PJM Home Advantage has worked as an exterior finishing contractor across Central Alberta for over 20 years — siding and cladding, soffit, fascia and seamless eavestrough, steel roofing, and Wizard motorized screen rooms. Our crew is based in Red Deer and travels the full corridor — north to Lacombe and Blackfalds, west to Sylvan Lake, and out to the Gull Lake and Buffalo Lake communities, with no travel surcharge on any of these areas.

Whether it is a new build in a Red Deer subdivision, a siding call-out in Lacombe, exterior finishing on a Sylvan Lake property, or steel roofing on an acreage near Gull Lake, the same crew, the same inspected workmanship, and the same price-lock guarantee applies. Being based in the region means we can respond quickly to consultations, questions, and service needs. You're not dealing with a distant contractor managing jobs remotely.

Established Supplier Relationships

Long-standing relationships with regional building suppliers mean we can source premium materials reliably and keep your project on schedule even when supply chains are tight.

Community Track Record

Twenty years of finishing exteriors in the same communities means our work is visible across the region. We stand behind it — and our neighbours can see it every day.

Service-Area FAQ

Common Questions About Our Coverage

How far do you travel for exterior projects?

PJM Home Advantage is based in Red Deer and serves the full Central Alberta corridor — Lacombe, Blackfalds, Sylvan Lake, Gull Lake, and Buffalo Lake — as regular service areas with no travel surcharge. Buffalo Lake is the longest drive east; we plan those projects with enough lead time to make the trip efficient and hold the same price-lock and inspection standards as any Red Deer job.

Do you work on seasonal or lake properties, not just primary residences?

Yes — lake and recreational properties are a meaningful part of our work. Sylvan Lake, Gull Lake, and Buffalo Lake each range from year-round lakefront homes to weekend cabins. We schedule around seasonal access and specify low-maintenance materials — James Hardie, LP SmartSide, and steel — so the exterior holds up through a Central Alberta winter without needing attention between your visits.

Can you handle both new construction and home renovations?

Both. We work directly with home builders across Red Deer, Blackfalds, and the Lacombe corridor as a reliable on-schedule exterior trade — siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough installed to the build phase. For homeowners renovating an existing exterior, we assess what is there, recommend the right material for the exposure and budget, and finish to the same inspected standard.

What services are available across all your service areas?

The full scope is available throughout our region: siding and cladding in James Hardie fibre cement, LP SmartSide, and steel; soffit, fascia, and seamless eavestrough; steel roofing; Wizard motorized screen rooms; and exterior repairs. Demand concentrates by area — screen rooms at the lakes, steel roofing across the hail corridor around Red Deer — but every service is available on request across Central Alberta.

How quickly can you respond to a quote request?

We respond to quote requests within one business day. For most service areas we can schedule a site visit within one to two weeks, weather and project volume permitting. After a major hail or storm event, demand spikes — contacting us early gives you the best chance of a quick booking.

Are your price and workmanship guarantees the same for out-of-town jobs?

Yes. The quoted price does not change unless you change the scope — that applies on every job, whether it is in Red Deer or at a cabin on Buffalo Lake. Every completed exterior is inspected on site before sign-off, and all materials carry their full manufacturer warranties. We do not run a different standard based on how far we drove.
