A motorized screen room is a covered outdoor room — with a proper roof and structure — enclosed by retractable screens you raise or lower at the touch of a button. PJM designs and builds the post-and-beam structure, installs matching exterior cladding, and finishes the soffit and roof — then commissions the Wizard motorized screens. Wizard backs the screens with its own manufacturer warranty — we confirm the exact current coverage terms in writing with your quote (mesh is a wear item). PJM adds our own workmanship warranty on the structural build, cladding, soffit, and roof. Every job is inspected before handover. You also get the material warranties that come with the exterior products selected for your cladding.
